Macedon offers its customers a unique advantage: within 30 days of the purchase date of their membership, a customer may change their membership start date. For example, if someone purchases a membership on January 1st, 2024, they may modify their membership start date until January 30th,2024.
If the refund request is made within 24 hours of the membership purchase date, the refund given in the wallet will be 100% of the amount paid. If a bank refund is given, 3% will be deducted as cancellation charges.
If the refund request is made more than 24 hours after the membership purchase date but before the start date, the refund given in the wallet will be 100% of the amount paid.
If the refund request is made on or after the start date of the purchased membership, the customer must directly contact the service provider.
If the service partner shuts down their gym/studio or discontinues their services, Macedon is not responsible for providing a refund or transferring the membership. This is at the discretion of the service partner.
If a membership offer is only for new users, existing members, females, college students or senior citizens and is purchased by an ineligible user, the membership will not be valid. In this case, Macedon will refund the amount after deducting 5% of the transaction value.
